Umm.. thanx V for stepping in in my absense (i was out of town.. sry guys).
Yeah, u can rule both, but only if u think u can keep up w/ both of them.. if not, you can always make up something and still be a LotR elf ruling another kingdom.. it's all to the imagination.. or, u could dual rule one or both Lothlorien and Rivendell w/ another member, that way if one of you is gone for a while, then the other can pick up the slack..

I think that I would like to have a shot at ruling both please but i also wouldnt say no to someone that wants to help with ruling Rivendell. Thankyou.
