There were 3 males: Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli. All three of them were on a horse when it suddenly fell over and crushed them all to their deaths. At the gates of the Undying Lands, Manwë met them and said "If you can get past this gate without stepping on any ducks, you will be able to go on." The three males thought that this was easy enough and began walking. But soon, Aragorn stepped on a duck and fel away to some terrible fate. Legolas and Gimli made it through okay. But there Manwë stood again and repeated what he had said. So the Elf and Dwarf went along but soon Legolas stepped on a duck and fell away to some horrible fate. Manwë met Gimli at the next gate and said "Well done, son of Glóin!" and suddenly Gimli found himself in a room with a beautiful elf.
"Wow..." he mused."What did I do to deserve this!"
"I don't know about you," she replied. "But I stepped on a duck!"
