A dark and mysterious tavern, not well lit and seemingly the perfect place for a crime. Don't think you'll get away with one here though, try to start a fight and swift and severe punishment will follow. Remember, the neighbor hood is a peaceful one and will remain so until someone tries to start a fracas.
~Have fun and try to stay in character here. Order an ale if you like, and don't forget to try the famous fried mushrooms!~

Arë walked in and ordered a well spiced punch. She then took a seat near the fire to warm herself, this night was very cold. She wore a losely fitting black gown that nearly touched the ground and was concealed by a thick grey cloak. When she had been warmed enough, she pulled off her hood and awaited her drink to be served.
((u can just call me 'Are' and not worry about the dots over the 'e'.))

A slim young waitress kindly brought Are her drink and asked if she would be needing anything else that evening. She also referred her to a nearby inn for lodgings if she needed any.
Meanwhile, Avi, the thief, watched Are from afar, waiting and wondering what kind of person she was.

Are thanked the girl for the info and told her that the drink would be enough for her this time. She then gave a nod of her head in Avi's direction as if to let her know that she too was being watched.

Avi was a little starled by this, although she would never have let her face show it. She was still young and knew that her inexperience had flawed her tactics. Next time she would wait outside.
Just then Faer strode in and ordered some fried mushrooms and onion rings. Not healthy, but her favorite. She then found a seat at a table near Are and waited. She was not dressed royally, and only the locals knew who she really was. She wore a simple, light grey dress, w/ no embellishments or anything expensive looking, and a white cloak w/ a deep hood. She looked over toward Are and invited her to sit with her

Are smiled slightly at the thought of finally finding someone to talk to. She quietly picked up her drink and moved to the table where Faer sat. I am Aredhel, it is nice to meet you... she said, waiting for her aquaintance's name.

Call me Fae. So, are you just travelling through or did you need a place to stay the night in this evening? Faer stated kindly.
After seeing the queen invite this stranger to sit w/ her, Avi decided that she would quietly slip out. No need to cause a stir just now, she thought.

As a matter of fact, I was looking for some fair lodgings. Do you know of any good places? She asked inquisitively.

Are asked politely for a water and then continued to their conversation. Really? Have you ever ventured out then?
